If you stop and think about it we always focus on our stress why we are how to stop it. We get so overstressed that it just swarms around us and we get so wrapped in it. We complain to everyone around us and drag them down in our problems and start living a bitter life. We should stop the pity party and focus on our blessing we have and how blessed we are. The more blessing we see the more blessing surround us and our stress can begin to fade.
